Shipping policy
Free shipping from €120
Orders within the Netherlands from €120 are shipped free of charge. Below €120, shipping costs are €6.95.
Shipped within 2 business days
On business days, orders are handed over to the parcel service for shipping once payment has been completed, at the latest within three business days.
Once your parcel has been handed over to the parcel service, your order will be delivered by PostNL within two business days at the latest (excluding public holidays and exceptional circumstances).
Evening delivery
You can choose to have your parcel delivered in the evening (between 18:00 and 22:00). When you choose this option, you also select the delivery day yourself.

- The Netherlands: €6.95 (free from €120)
- Within the European Union: €12.95
- Outside the European Union: €19.95 (with track & trace)
TRACK & TRACE
All parcels are shipped with a Track & Trace code. With the Track & Trace code you can see where your parcel is and when it is expected to be delivered.
